iPad Conferencing

Conferencing with iPads allows you to provide a user journey that is unique to each individual and synchronous across all attendees. We send every slide shown on the main presentation to each device, in real time, allowing each attendee to make personal notes against each slide which are emailed to them after the event. Couple this with interactive Q&A, messaging, voting, feedback forms and personalised agendas to name a few items; what more could a delegate need for your event?

Silent Auction System

The idea of every auction system is to raise more money; and the Silent Auction System does exactly this. We create a competitive bidding environment with iPads, including notifications of when you have been outbid on an item. We have also added "Quick Bid" buttons that quickly add any denomination of money onto the current total. You can quickly watch your lots rise in value.

Twitter Wall

A moderated Twitter wall for your event gives you a real-time social feed to raise your company profile, whilst allowing you to protect your brand.

With every event now having heavy interaction across social media channels it has become more and more important to showcase interaction from all attendees. Delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and special guests all have different view points and want to share their experiences with the wider audience.

The bespoke Twitter Wall allows you to control all messages displayed on screens at your event. You can approve or reject each tweet received under your event hashtags.

Digital Signage System

Digital signage shouldn’t be complicated and the Digital Signage System certainly isn’t. Add the content you want, set the times it should show, or set to run indefinitely until you make a change, and publish. Hey presto!

We set each system to the aspect ratio and resolution made for your event, and create multiple templates where each area of content can be managed separately.

When a change is required to the schedule, you pick the piece of content you need, click “update” and the change is immediately rolled out to all connected devices.
